Francesca Hadwick is an aesthetics practitioner, educator and clinic owner with over 20 years of industry experience. She is co-founder of Frame Institute and founder of Frame Community, which began as FJ Community.
Francesca specialises in laser hair removal and advanced skin treatments, including radiofrequency microneedling and chemical peels. She holds teaching, assessing and internal quality assurance qualifications, and has experience managing a clinic and working in CQC-regulated settings.
Outside Frame, Francesca delivers manufacturer training, workshops and masterclasses. She has also helped develop device protocols and has delivered talks and demonstrations at Professional Beauty Show and Aesthetic Medicine Live.
Francesca is so passionate about the community to give practitioners a place to ask questions and keep building their knowledge after initial training. She brings her practical experience to the discussions, live sessions and resources shared with members.
