She has established and managed a thriving clinic with an outstanding reputation, overseen CQC-regulated environments and founded Frame Community (formerly FJ Community) - a well loved professional platform supporting practitioners through live demos, training and educational resources.

Her expertise spans a wide range of advanced treatments, including laser hair removal, radiofrequency microneedling and chemical peels. Alongside delivering CPD workshops, manufacturer training and masterclasses, Francesca has spoken at leading industry events such as the Professional Beauty Show and Aesthetic Medicine Live, where she has led expert talks and live demonstrations.

A true machinery specialist, she has also been involved in the development and launch of new devices and protocols, with a breadth and depth of knowledge that is second to none across the industry.
